Registration for the 17th Baltic Sea Region Forum is now open! The Forum is organised on Monday 12 May 2025 at the Turku University with the theme Safe and Secure Baltic Sea. We welcome you to join the audience in Turku but it is also possible to follow the event online. Last year the highly topical themes of the Forum attracted over 500 participants.

The Forum theme will be covered in three panel discussions. The first panel discusses the security of maritime transport in the Baltic Sea. The second panel will focus on the sustainable maritime industry. The third panel will discuss nutrient recycling in the Baltic Sea Region.

Centrum Balticum organises the Baltic Sea Region Forum annually. The Forum gathers people interested in the development of the Baltic Sea Region and provides a possibility for experts from different sectors to share their knowledge.
