Time and date

The event will be held on 15 June 2023 and it will begin at 11:00 with registration. The opening session will begin at 12:00. Drinks and light snacks will be available during the breaks.

How to get here

Please be noted that there is no designated parking area and only limited number of street parking around the University. Please find more information about the Univeristy's parking areas here. The closest short-term parking areas subject to a fee are Arcanum and Assistentinkatu.

We highly recommend using public transport. You can plan your route very easily with the itinerary planner here. Just insert your location and the venue´s address (Assistentinkatu 5, Turku) in the search fields and the website will show you the best routes and correct stops. The price for one ticket 3,00 € and it can be paid with credit card in the bus.

From Kupittaa Railway Station: 1,5 km, 22 min walk

From Turku Harbour: 4,7 km, bus number 1 takes you right to the city centre
