The event will be held on 4 May 2026 and it will begin at 10:30 with registration. The opening session will begin at 11:30. Drinks and light snacks will be available during the breaks.

How to get here

Please note that there is no designated parking area and only limited number of street parking around the University. Please find more information about the University's parking areas here. The closest short-term parking areas subject to a fee are Arcanuminkuja and Assistentinkatu.

We highly recommend using public transport. You can plan your route very easily with the itinerary planner here. Just insert your location and the venue´s address (Assistentinkatu 5, Turku) in the search fields and the website will show you the best routes and correct stops. A ticket paid by credit card costs 3,15 € and a ticket paid in cash costs 4,5 €.
